How to start building credit from scratch?

Creating credit from scratch is not difficult at all as speculated, there are quick and simple financial methods to build credit history in record time.

Secured credit cards: these are the same credit cards but require a cash deposit, can usually be from $200 to $500 and usually grant credit for the same value of the deposit made to the financial institution or bank.

If the management of the secured credit card is good in a short time (usually 6 months or less) the deposit money could be returned to the secured credit card holder and the bank or financial institution could increase the credit limit since he has been a financially responsible person.

Most secured cards report to the three credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and Transunion) from the first credit card cut-off because they are designed to build credit history and increase credit score.

Authorized user: A secondary holder of a family member's credit account (usually a credit card) The credit card holder must have a good credit history since the person added as an authorized user will clone part of the account or authorized credit card holder's credit history.

The credit account holder must by law be a relative of the authorized user and usually within 60 days can begin to obtain a solid credit history and a good credit score.
